Warranty

Playhouse MD offers a limited one-year warranty for each of its Products. Under this limited warranty, Playhouse MD agrees to repair or replace any Products or Product parts found, at Playhouse MD’s sole discretion, to be defective in material or workmanship. To activate this limited warranty, the original purchaser of the defective Product must report the defect to Playhouse MD no later than 365 days after the date of purchase, including photos or videos clearly demonstrating the defect. Excluded from this limited warranty are any defects resulting from normal wear and tear or from the customer’s misuse of the Product.

 

BEYOND THE LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTY AS DESCRIBED IN THIS SECTION, PLAYHOUSE MD MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
